We have just completed the upgrade of the Duluth Ziegler parking lot. Our design-build has solved there poorly drain parking lots and equipment yards. We installed new manholes, curbs, concrete slabs and blacktop.

Last season we completed the addition to Grand Superior Lodge.  We successfully bored 1200 feet of 3” water main under the main parking lot of the lodge to the new Log Cabins. 

We are currently working to complete the Shephard of the Hills parking lot and water and sewer main extensions into the building.
