Forest at Spirit Mountain
Forty acres of prime hardwood forest on Spirit Mountain near Duluth, MN is being developed with conservation-minded open space design principals. Hidden Estates
Hidden Estates might look like another cul-de-sac development, but it is far from it. In this case, the devil is in the details. Hidden Estates has been designed with private roadways that implement the use of micro detention / bio-filtration basins. The benefit here is that all of the storm water management structures have been installed within the right of way or roadway easement versus giving up a large portion of land (more buildable lots) for a central detention basin. Large, expensive storm water structures have been eliminated. Lots are generous for the Duluth market, where development costs are higher than most parts of the region. Pricing is well below market comparables. The result is larger than average lots, priced below market in a premium Duluth, Minnesota location.
This type of development approach has allowed the developer, Pride N' Home to be extremely competitive while offering an innovative storm water treatment approach and preserving large tracts of green space below Scenic Hawk Ridge. Duluth Ziegler Parking Lot
We have completed the upgrade of the Duluth Ziegler parking lot. Our design-build has solved there poorly drain parking lots and equipment yards. We installed new manholes, curbs, concrete slabs and blacktop.
Grand Superior Lodge Addition
We successfully bored 1200 feet of 3” water main under the main parking lot of the lodge to the new Log Cabins.
Shephard of the Hills
We built the parking lot and water and sewer main extensions into the building.
